Objectives of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program 

The program is written according to the body of knowledge of Certified Six Sigma Green Belt exam of International Six Sigma Council (ISSC) (www.isixsigmacouncil.org).  The passing rate of our graduates is above 95%.

Participants will learn how to implement the Six Sigma and Lean methodologies in their organization and through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to improve the organization process to reduce cost, improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue of the company.

Upon completion of the program, AC&A will assist the graduates to apply for the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt granted by International Six Sigma Council (ISSC), which is a non-profit making organization with a vision to grant Six Sigma professional qualification internationally.  AC&A is the Hong Kong Examination Center of ISSC.

Exemption of Admin Fee Condition

The applicant gives AC&A post-dated cheque (s)  for the payment of course fee in the subsequent month (s).

• ISSC Certified Six Sigma Green Belt Written Exam 

Award Certificate by AC&A

1. "Certificate of Completion" for the graduates who have
   • completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate Program
     • achieve a course assignment pass mark of 50% and
       • attendance rate of 75%

Award Certificate by International Six Sigma Council (ISSC)

1. "Certified Six Sigma Green Belt" (designated title: CSSGB) for the graduates who have
   • passed the Six Sigma Green Belt Examination administered by ISSC (pass mark at 70%)
     • submitted a project affidavit with project documentation to the satisfaction of ISSC Examination Board
     • Registered "Certified Six Sigma Green Belt" can put the designated title CSSGB on his/her name card to show the professional status
