Project Mentoring

You have your own Green Belts or Black Belts trained or in the middle of training but you do not have enough in-house expertise to help them through their projects. No worry. We can make sure they progress along with their projects by providing Black Belt/Master Black Belt coaching.

We can correct mistakes made during project selection. We can help to scope projects properly. You will re-gain control over your 6 sigma and lean deployment, financial benefits will be delivered, your GBs and BBs will learn from our instructors while working on their projects.

Successful completion of projects is increased when the project leader has a technical resource to review the project for use of the methods and for progress towards the desired goal.  Mentoring can be accompished through various means but should be conducted for no less than 6 hours per project per month.
